I am using Win10 in Chrome. I used an iPad instead. Later I loaded Firefox. If Chrome does not fix this problem, I guess I will use Firefox instead. My setup has worked for the past month. Today it failed without prior notice from either Facebook or Chrome. FB has nothing in its help about browsers.
